(NASDAQ: PNT) (the “Company” or “POINT”), a company accelerating the discovery, development and global access to life-changing radiopharmaceuticals, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 13,900,000 shares of Common Stock at a public offering price of $9.00 per share. The gross proceeds to the Company from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses, were approximately $125 million.
