(Part 9 of 9) Warner Greene, MD, Ph.D., spoke at the Scientific Writer's Seminar, a workshop presented on September 17, 2008 at CIRM headquarters in San Francisco. Greene has a CIRM grant to identify and characterize a network of proteins that help defend embryonic stem cells from genetic instability and mutation.

(Part 3 of 4) Cardiovascular Therapies: Spotlight on Stem Cell Research "Stem Cell Research: Where are we with Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD)" On March 10, 2011, Yung-Wei Chi, OD, spoke about a recently launched clinical trial that using a patient's own stem cells to help prevent amputations due to peripheral arterial disease. Chi is an associate professor of medicine at the UC Davis Vascular Center. Chi was introduced by Claire Pomeroy, MD, MBA, vice chancellor for Human Health Sciences at UC Davis and dean of the UC Davis School of Medicine

This is a short trailer or teaser to promote three new short (20min each) documentaries focused on Stem Cell Biology. These movies are written, produced and created by the students of a Stem Cell Seminar Course offered at Smith College, Northampton MA. These are unbiased and educational documentaries focused on 1-Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine, 2- Stem Cell Ethics and Governmental Policy, and 3- Cloning and Cellular Reprogramming.
