(NYSE American: SCPX), (“Scorpius” or the “Company”), an integrated contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $0.15 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,500,000, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses. All of the shares of common stock were offered by the Company. The offering is expected to close on March 12, 2024, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
